Make one clear route
Choose a section of the street, a place to sit, and a landmark for meeting. If you want to continue toward the water, check crossings and current access separately. A straight line on the map does not mean that the entire way is equally convenient for a child or stroller.
For a group, agree where to return if members lose one another. Do not use a temporary stage or a vendor who may leave as your only landmark.
Do not choose a café only for its balcony view
